Hi, I’m Mariel

A Business Administration graduate and virtual assistant based in the Philippines. I’ve been freelancing for the past two to three years, and every client and project has taught me something I still use today.

When a project calls for an unfamiliar platform or skill, I make time to learn. I research, explore, and practice so I can put that knowledge to use. I may not have every answer right away, but I’m willing to ask questions and work through the steps.

Freelancing has also taught me resilience. I’ve experienced rejection, and I’ve learned that clients and opportunities can come and go. Still, each experience has helped me understand my strengths, improve my work, and become more confident in what I can offer.

I’m not a “unicorn” who knows everything, and I’m comfortable being honest about that. What I bring is a willingness to put in the effort, listen to feedback, share ideas, and keep improving. I value the skills I’ve gained, and I’m always ready to build on them.
